Return & Exchange 
-Cancellation: Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
-Returns or exchanges: Since the orders are specially made per request return or exchanges are not accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days, providing images of the product. This will enable us to assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
