Shipping policy

All purchases made in Once Upon A Celeb Design site is subjected to the following Terms:

❤   Please note Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order prior to Shipping. Processing time may vary on listing if indicated.

❤   Processing Times: is 1-3 weeks based on the availability of the items or otherwise listed. 

❤   Custom Items will have 15-30 business day unless otherwise listed or discussed.

❤  Turn around time does not include weekends or Holidays.

❤   RTS: Items listed as Ready to Ship are 5-7 Business day unless stated otherwise

❤ Shipping Service used are USPS or UPS: We are not responsible for packages once they are dropped off or picked up from USPS/UPS.

❤ Tracking information is provided once item has been processed.

❤ If you believe your package is lost, we advise you to file a claim with the Shipping company. As they are better fit to find resolutions for you. We are not able to refund, remake, or credit the account for packages lost or damaged by the Shipping Carrier.

❤ Please verify the shipping address is correct prior to completing the order.  We will ship the items to the address entered. We are not responsible for packages that are returned as non-delivered due to incorrect shipping address. Buyer is responsible to repay shipping fee to have it shipped to the correct address.
